If you are attending the IMPACT2021 Conference on the 16th December, 2021 (Thursday), you will receive a free pass to attend the 2nd GBA Smart Tourism Forum on the 17th December, 2021 (Friday) . This applies to both in-person and online conferences.

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:

Full-Day Conference
  • Admission to all sessions, lunch, refreshments and coffee/tea throughout the conference
Payment Method 
  • We accept Visa /Mastercard/ CUP (China UnionPay Card issued by Banks in Chinese mainland and UnionPay credit cards issued in Hong Kong and Macau) and bank transfers
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
  • To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to  shtmconf2021.info@polyu.edu.hk Please enter "IMPACT2021 Refund" or  "The 2nd GBA Smart Tourism Forum Refund" in the subject line. ​

  • A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received on/before 2 December 2021 (GMT+8)

  • No refund after 2 December 2021 (GMT+8)
